TECHNIQUE PRODUCTS
Petite Rouge Le Glazes are water based technique products to give your projects an enhanced finish. We offer four different glazes for you to work with. You can brush the glaze on and rag it off. These are used to create different technique finishes.
Blanc – White glaze used to wash over darker colours or whitewash raw wood.
Noir – Black glaze used to wash over lighter colours to give a more stone contemporary finish, can also be used to colour raw wood.
Antique – Raw umber used to wash over lighter colours to give an aged antique finish, can also be used to colour raw wood.
Aged Chateau – Deep Brown used to wash over lighter colours to give a rich antique finish, can also be used to colour raw wood.
Scumble glaze is mixed with paint and water to create a technique medium in larger quantities.
Le Cracquer is a water based medium that you paint over a base colour and when dried, paint over a contrasting top colour. A crackled effect will appear.
Stencil Paste is a smooth paste used with a putty knife to create an embossed image of the stencil you use. Once hardened, the embossed surface can be painted, aged and sealed.
These products do not have protective properties, so you will need to seal after they have dried and cured.
